For us at AOS Orwell, CSR goes beyond one-hit-wonders. We like to think that being socially responsible is a perpetually ongoing commitment of duty, one that must not be toyed with. We have adopted a ‘pay-it-forward’ model that sees every employee of AOS Orwell giving back 16 working hours yearly in mentorship and teaching; goodwill donations; environmental cleanup/maintenance and health and wellness interventions.
