AOS Orwell Scholarship 2021

This year, the business supported 87 students of secondary and tertiary institutions with scholarship grants. These students were drawn mainly from our host communities in Niger Delta. At the secondary school level, AOS Orwell supported 32 students with scholarship grant from Port Harcourt, and Bonny Local Government Areas in Rivers state. These students were identified from their various communities, with high academic performance.

Similarly, AOS Orwell also supported 55 undergraduate students at the tertiary level. These students are currently studying in various public tertiary institutions in Nigeria and mainly members from our host communities in Niger Delta and other Nigerians. These students were subjected to AOS Orwell`s eligibility and selection criteria before they were awarded with scholarship for the duration of their courses. . The eighty seven students will be eligible for another grant, in as much as they maintain at least 3.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in a 5 grade system and haven’t graduated from school.
