AOS Orwell’s Operations & Maintenance Division deploys experienced, OEM-certified workforces to maintain critical assets across upstream, gas-processing, LNG and FPSO operations. Our in-country infrastructure and structured Global Maintenance Center enable complex assets to be maintained to manufacturer standards at local speed and without overseas lead times.

Facility-wide maintenance

Integrated Plant Maintenance Services

We provide end-to-end maintenance management for an entire facility under a single accountable contract. The scope can include planned, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance together with shutdown and turnaround execution.

Services are delivered by large, OEM-certified workforces and coordinated through our Global Maintenance Center.

Proven at scale: AOS Orwell supports the NLNG 7-year Integrated Maintenance Services Contract with more than 400 staff deployed across all six LNG trains.

Physical asset preservation

Fabric Maintenance Services

Our Fabric Maintenance Services cover surface protection and industrial coatings, thermal insulation, passive fire protection, scaffolding and rope-access support.

These services preserve the structural and physical condition of facilities and are delivered by certified crews under both shutdown and continuous-operation schedules across onshore, swamp and offshore environments.

Automation & Metering Services

We provide full-lifecycle maintenance of DCS, SCADA, PLC and ICSS platforms, Emergency Shutdown and Fire & Gas systems, custody-transfer and allocation metering, and field instrumentation.

Our teams protect the integrity of the process-control, safety and fiscal-measurement systems at the heart of each operating facility.

Rotating asset reliability

Rotating Equipment Reliability Services & Upgrades

We provide condition monitoring, vibration analysis, root-cause failure analysis, major overhaul and OEM-approved in-country repair for compressors, pumps, gas engines and turbines.

Our services also include re-rates and reliability upgrades that improve equipment availability. Rotating assets are repaired in Nigeria to OEM standards, reducing the cost and delay associated with overseas shipping.

Offshore floating assets

FPSO & Marine Structural Integrity Services

Through our representation of Marine Technical Limits, AOS Orwell delivers hull and marine structural-integrity services for Nigeria’s offshore floating fleet.

Services include risk-based integrity management, digital inspection workplans and reporting, anomaly management, naval architecture, Class support, repair feasibility studies, on-station repairs, specialist hotwork solutions, composite repairs, coating reinstatement and offshore supervision.

The resulting integrity strategies reinforce safe operation, support production and extend the service life of FPSO and FSO assets.

Inspection and assurance

Asset Integrity / Inspection Services

Our Asset Integrity and Inspection Services include risk-based inspection, non-destructive testing, corrosion management, anomaly management and fitness-for-service assessment across static and structural assets.

We establish asset-condition baselines, monitor degradation and manage integrity throughout the lifecycle so operators can maintain safe production, avoid unnecessary capital expenditure and demonstrate regulatory compliance.

Electrical and instrumentation

E&I Maintenance Service

We provide electrical and instrumentation maintenance, installation and repair covering HV and LV systems, motors, switchgear, cabling, field instruments and process-control loops.

Services are delivered onshore, in swamp locations and offshore by resident, OEM-certified teams.

Our delivery experience is anchored by a consistent 15-year E&I engagement with NAOC.

Compliance and accuracy

Calibration & Recertification Services

We provide traceable instrument calibration, loop testing and metering proving, together with the recertification of lifting, pressure and safety equipment.

Services are carried out by qualified technicians to maintain fiscal-measurement accuracy, validate safety devices and keep operating assets compliant, including custody-metering calibration to applicable regulatory requirements.
