Chukwuma Henry Okolo is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned Corporate Manager. He previously served as Chief Executive of Dorman Long Engineering Limited and as Group Managing Director and CEO of UTC Nigeria Plc.
Prior to those appointments, he served as Group Executive Director and Group Finance Director of Inlaks Group. He also worked as a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving in the firm's Toronto, Canada and Lagos, Nigeria offices.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Nigerian National Content Consultative Forum in the Power Sector. He previously served as Chairman of the Oil Sector Nigerian Content Consultative Forum Fabrication Group between 2005 and 2014.
He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and is Chairman of C & I Leasing Plc.
Chief Henry Okolo graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He subsequently attended Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management for a postgraduate management programme.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of both the British and Nigerian Institutes.
He is the founder of ENFRASCO Limited, an Energy and Infrastructure company, where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO.
