Bayo Adebiyi is a focused and passionate leader, communicator and mentor who has managed multidisciplinary and multicultural teams of directors and commercial managers across the global exploration and production industry.
During his career with SLB, he developed extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and played a significant role in leading and transforming the company's Account Management organisation. His leadership focused on delivering sustainable growth, exceeding objectives and helping oil and gas companies address complex operational and commercial challenges.
He later served as Managing Director of Levene Energy's upstream, midstream and engineering divisions, supporting the company's growth across these areas and its development into renewable energy.
In 2024, he was involved in the delivery of a challenging onshore well drilled and tested near Maiduguri in Nigeria, providing service delivery for NNPCL-ENSERV. During the same period, he also managed BlackGEM Limited, a management consultancy and advisory company serving the energy and other industries.
His career spans more than thirty years, including long service with SLB beginning as a Wireline Field Engineer before progressing through management roles covering Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Business Development and Product Development.
He ultimately served as Vice President, Global Accounts, with responsibility for large, medium and small E&P companies around the world across SLB's business offerings. His career has included living and working in several countries across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
