Anand Bhatia is the Country Director of the Process Management Division at AOS Orwell Limited. Since joining the company in February 2013, he has been responsible for managing business growth in Nigeria.
He has contributed significantly to the successful establishment of Emerson-certified local PMD service facilities and teams covering ICSS cabinet assembly and staging, electrical systems including MV, LV, MCC, UPS and PDB, instrumentation and systems training, control and automation, and instrumentation EPC packages.
Anand has extensive knowledge of customers and their requirements within the Nigerian oil and gas industry, supported by more than 20 years of work experience in Nigeria.
Prior to his current role, he served as Country Manager for Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions in Nigeria, where he was responsible for establishing Honeywell's new country operations and rolling out its channel partner programme for potential sales distributors.
He also worked as General Manager at E&C Africa, where he managed Emerson's business in Nigeria, and previously served as National Product Manager for Endress+Hauser in India.
Anand brings more than 25 years of professional experience in automation and control, with expertise in business management, organisational development, sales and marketing, and leading teams responsible for major projects and solutions for international oil companies and EPC organisations.
He holds a Master's Degree in Science from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.
