FEMI OMOTAYO, Is the Group Managing Director of AOS Orwell Limited. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years’ International Oil and Gas experience. His solid technical background has catapulted him to Executive Management roles with International Blue Chip companies like Shell, Halliburton, AMEC and Talisman Energy. After his 18 year service in Europe, he became the Managing Director of Orwell Oil and Gas International in 2000 and saw the company through a successful merger that birthed AOS Orwell Limited, one of the largest indigenous oilfield service companies in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He has a degree in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering from University of Dundee and Imperial College, London respectively. He also has a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Aberdeen.

Through his exceptional leadership qualities, he has been able to lead the diverse and talented team at AOS Orwell Limited, towards the development of the Nigerian economy and manpower capabilities for professional oilfield product and service delivery.

Mr. Omotayo is proud of his Nigerian roots and continues to champion the cause of innovation and technology transfer as a vehicle for change and global best practice in the indigenous oilfield service industry. His marriage is blessed with children.

GOPINATHAN CHEMMENKOTIL – is a focused Finance & Management Professional with rich experience in spearheading wide spectrum of financial management tools to drive organizational growth. He has led several projects which include relationship building, integration of companies, post M&A, fund raising, and ERP implementation. He is a strong believer of managing organizations by financial objectives and team building across functions.

Gopinathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Calicut University, Kerala, India. He is also a graduate of Strategic Financial Leadership at Stanford Business School. He holds alumnus status from the prestigious Lagos Business School, where he completed the Chief Executive Programme. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, supply chain Management, Legal and Corporate Strategy, Cost Control, Banking and Accounting, Gopinathan is breaking new grounds and expanding the frontiers in AOS Orwell.

CHARLOTTE ESSIET – Is the Director in charge of Corporate and Regulatory (Government) Relations at AOS Orwell Limited. A highly motivated and knowledgeable professional with several years of experience. Charlotte has a successful track record for taking on cross-functional leadership roles in global conglomerates like Baker Hughes, Halliburton and a few others. Her professional experience spans Business Strategy, Project and Process Management, Supply Chain Management, and Business Consultancy and Analysis.

Her problem-solving skills fuels her result-driven orientation and constant willingness to learn. With over 16 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, she brings professionalism and extensive experience to the AOS Orwell Limited organization.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the Lagos State University, an MBA in Engineering Business Management from Manchester Business School and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management from Stanford Business School as well as an Executive Certificate in Leadership, Excellence and Corporate Governance from London School of Economics.

ANTHONY NWOSU – He joined AOS Orwell on August 1st 2018 as Country Manager – Wellbore Construction Division (WCD). He works to ensure the overall growth of the Wellbore Construction arm of the business while meeting the Division’s financial targets. Alongside other deliverables, he effectively implements a fit-for-purpose strategy, managing customers and stakeholders and supervising Divisional Sales Managers and Business Segment Managers (BSMs).

Mr. Anthony Nwosu assumed the Country Manager position, following more than 16 (Sixteen years) in Operations, Sales and other related Leadership positions in the Oilfield Services Industry. He has spent over 10 years in Senior Management roles across Product Line management, Drilling Services and Sales.

Mr. Nwosu’s career demonstrates strong Commercial Acumen and Strategy with exposure to business operations in Gabon, Ghana, South Africa, Qatar and Nigeria.

ANAND BHATIA – brings with him over 25 years professional experience in the field of Automation & Control primarily with expertise in Business Management & Organizational Development, Sales and Marketing.

Having contributed immensely to the company’s performance in the past few years he continues to provide the leadership for the Process Management Division, whilst ensuring that the Division achieves its goals in delivering growth for AOS Orwell. Anand has extensive knowledge of customers’ requirements in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry by virtue of his 14 year work experience in Nigeria. He holds a Master’s Degree in Science & Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

KELLY SHIDELER – joined AOS Orwell Ltd. on 1st October 2017 as the Country Manager responsible for coordinating Oiltools Africa Limited (OAL) and Titan Tubulars Nigeria Limited (TTNL) Divisions.

In his role, he stewards leading the two Divisions towards achieving its growth goals by optimizing the team’s ability to address the needs of our valued clients in Nigeria and deliver world class solutions. Kelly’s career spans over 25 years in Marketing, Sales and Operations. He has spent over 9 years in serving in International organizations, occupying very senior roles while leading startups in Russia, China and Pakistan. Mr. Shideler’s commercial career history includes exposure with operators in the oilfield servicing industry across West Africa.
