Having held leadership roles in leading Japanese, European, and American multinational organizations, and grown through the ranks from Project Management to Operations Management and eventually to P/L Management, Raja has a proven ability in delivering large scale programs, and consistent Orders, Sales, Operating Income, and Cash performance.

Prior to joining AOS Orwell Ltd, Raja had served in various organizations like Yokogawa as System Sales Manager, ABB as Project Manager- Chemical, Oil and Gas and Honeywell Process Solutions as Regional Business Director.

He is experienced in growth strategy development and deployment by reimagining business models, optimizing cost to serve, re-engineering business processes, driving breakthrough initiatives & continuous improvement, enhancing business analytics, building capabilities.

He is also experienced in leading sales excellence through market sizing, customer segmentation, SWOT analysis & competition benchmarking, opportunity pipeline building, key account management, pursuit planning, pricing strategy, consultative selling, consortium bidding, legal & contract compliance, and executive relationship building.
